  • Yes. Every event is supported by a dedicated planner based in your destination, who coordinates everything locally. We manage venue sourcing, scheduling, therapists, suppliers, catering, logistics and on the day execution - allowing you to relax and fully enjoy the experience.

  • Absolutely! Our concierge team assists with accommodation, travel, entertainment, suppliers & guest experiences to make planning stress-free!

  • We recommend booking at least 6 months in advance for weddings. We can be more flexible outside of weddings and we can accommodate some bookings on a last minute basis.

  • Yes, a non refundable booking fee secures your date.

  • Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds or reschedules depend on notice period & contract terms. A booking policy will be provided when you book with us!

  • Absolutely. All catering is curated around your group’s preferences and requirements, including vegan, gluten-free, allergy-aware, wellness-focused menus, and bespoke dining experiences.

  • We cater for intimate experiences from 2 guests right through to grand-scale events of 1,000+. Whether private and understated or large & luxurious, we scale every detail without compromising quality.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for peak seasons and destination events. Ideally, 6-12 months in advance is best, though we can sometimes accommodate shorter lead times depending on availability.
